Depending on the nature of your translation (which we call a project), we charge a per word rate, an hourly rate, or a flat rate. Our per word rate depends on the difficulty of the subject, document format, and available time. We use our hourly rate to bill you for editing and proofreading, design and layout work, or other tasks that are difficult to quantify otherwise. Some projects, such as certified translations, will be billed at a flat rate.
If you’re not sure whether we’re the right fit for you, we can do a test translation of up to 500 words free of charge or offer a discount for your first translation.
